Overview
“Descubre 1:1 ” Program for K-5th Grade
Online Live Spanish one-on-one fun learning time for children from K to 5th grade.
Either One-on-one or up to 2 children…
from the same household who are in the same Spanish level.
From beginners to advanced levels.
We use the “Descubre el Espanol” curriculum from Santillana with 6 different levels of instruction. We have 3 different semesters during the year (Spring, Summer, Fall). The semester can be between 17 to 20 weeks in length. The program is designed for children to connect to class 1-3 times a week for 30 minutes each class.
You can register at any time, you choose your starting date.
Since this is a one-on-one program, your child won’t be behind. It is an online class where your child will connect with a live teacher in real-time.
We have AM and PM classes available.
Each class is 30 minutes through an individualized approach where the teacher will adapt the lessons to your child’s own pace. For an additional fee, you will also get unlimited access to an e-learning center where your child can practice the lessons at any time in a user-friendly platform that includes an option to play the conversations, so you don’t need to worry about pronunciation; the e-learning center also includes games related to the theme of the lesson and highly interactive features.
You can choose your class days as follows:
Once you register, we will make an assessment to place your child at the right level. Your child will be assigned to a teacher. Our native Spanish-speaking teachers have wide experience teaching Spanish as a second language and all of them have degrees in the educational field. The class is taught through the Zoom app. The Descubre One-on-One is very flexible in terms of times and days of class. Once you register, you choose your preferred days of class and then we will send the times that are available so you can decide the time of your classes at your convenience.
